About Us

Our History

Sarawak Skills-SAVTI, formerly known as the Sarawak Agriculture Vocational Training Institute (SAVTI), was established in 1997 under the Department of Agriculture Sarawak.

On January 1, 2005, the institute was officially taken over by PPKS and renamed PPKS-SAVTI. Today, it is proudly known as Sarawak Skills-SAVTI, continuing its mission to empower individuals through vocational excellence in the agricultural sector.

Our Mission & Vision

We are dedicated to developing a skilled and competent workforce in agricultural plantations by delivering industry-relevant training and knowledge. Our vision is to become a leading institution that supports agriculture-driven economic growth in Sarawak, preparing trainees to meet industry demands with confidence and capability.
