1) FINANCE MANAGER (based at i-CATS University College, Kuching)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting or any professional qualification i.e. CPA, CA, CIMA or ACCA.
- A member of MIA and/or any professional Accounting bodies.
- At least 10 years of post-qualifying relevant working experience.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and database management.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax Regulations and Financial Management.
- Possesses a high power of analysis.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
2) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (based at i-CATS University College, Kuching)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in related field.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employees’ relation, relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
- Competent in managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3) CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER (based at Sarawak Skills Kuching Campus)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism / Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience, with people management exposure specializing in Public Relations / Communications or any of its related field experience in Media Relations.
- Creative ideas and adaptive writing styles to reach target audience.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, analytical thinking, creative problem solving and stakeholders’ management skills.
- Good liaison with media is an added advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing and social media skills.
4) INSTRUCTOR (HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING) (based at Sarawak Skills Kuching Campus)
Requirements:
- Preferable with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in Air Conditioning and a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
- Possess Vocational Training Officer (VTO) or TVET Instruction Certificate and Induction Course Certificate (Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB) as well as Appointment Letter as a verified trainer from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and CIAST to carry out training.
- Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Possess a strong academic profile in the discipline, and leadership experience is an added advantage.
5) SENIOR TRAINER (WELDING) (based at AWISAR Kuching)
Requirements:
- Preferable with a Bachelor’s Degree in Welding Technology and a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in Welding /Steel Fabrication Industry
- Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Possess a strong academic profile in the discipline, and leadership experience is an added advantage.
6) LEGAL OFFICER (based at Sarawak Skills Kuching Campus and i-CATS University College, Kuching)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- At least 5 years in practice or similar industry in conveyancing, corporate and litigation practise.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with relevant authorities / regulatory bodies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Excellent critical thinking, legal reasoning skills, drafting, vetting and researching skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
7) RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (based at Sarawak Skills KuchingCampus)
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in related field.
- Well develop skills in designing, managing and delivering a range of research and development projects including effective resource allocation.
- Ability to develop and utilise appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods and tools to support high quality research and analysis.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences, stakeholders, funders and partners.
- A highly analytical mindset.
- Proven skills in writing and speaking to a range of audiences to ensure impact.
8) LECTURER (SOFTWARE ENGINEERING) (based at i-CATS University College, Kuching)
- Possess a recognized Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.

years’ teaching experience. - Possess the Vocational Training Officer (VTO) Certificate and Induction Course Certificate

12) INSTRUCTOR (PLANTATION) (based at Sarawak Skills Mukah Campus)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) Level 5 in Oil Palm Plantation Management or Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in Oil Palm Plantation Administration and with a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
- Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Possess Vocational Training Officer (VTO) and Induction Course Certificate (Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB) as well as Appointment Letter as a Verified Trainer from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and CIAST.

13) INSTRUCTOR (C0MPUTER SYSTEM) (based at Sarawak Skills Kuching Campus)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in Computer System Administration, and a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
- Possess the Vocational Training Officer (VTO) Certificate and Induction Course Certificate (Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB) as well as an Appointment Letter as a Verified Trainer from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and CIAST.
- Working experience in related field is an added advantage.

14) COUNSELLOR (based at i-CATS University College, Kuching)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling.
- Must be registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.
- At least 3 years working experience in counselling, preferably in Higher Education Institution
- Able to work with individuals form various backgrounds.
- Display professional integrity, good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Experience in organizing related workshops and programme development activities.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English and demonstrate effective communication skills.
16) LECTURER (PLANTATION) (based at i-CATS University College)
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized PhD in Plantation Management or equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in English.
- Possess a strong academic profile in the discipline and equivalent professional leadership experience.
- A proven record of excellence in teaching, including the development of course materials, designing, publication and research in relevant field.
- In-dept knowledge and expertise in various aspect of plantation science.
17) LECTURER (MATHEMATICS) (based at i-CATS University College)
Requirements:
- Possess at least Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics or higher in any related field or equivalent.
- Candidates with industrial experience will be an added advantage.

18) PART TIME EXECUTIVE CURICULUM DESIGN (based at i-CATS University College)
Requirements:
- Possess Master’s Degree in Special Education, Curriculum, particularly in the context of special education.
- Possess experience in leading curriculum development initiatives and managing resources effectively.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical standards in special education.
- Background in pedagogy and educational psychology with an emphasis on developing and implementing effective instructional strategies for divers learners.
- Capability to analyze educational data to inform curriculum design decisions and measure the effectiveness of interventions for special needs students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
