ADMIN & FACILITIES EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management or equivalent.
Candidates with a Diploma and at least 5 years of working experience are also encouraged to apply.
Possess analytical, creative and pragmatic approach thinking skills.
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Requirements:

Possess at least a least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in Mechatronic and a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
Possess the Vocational Training Officer (VTO) Certificate / TVET Instruction (TVET I) Certificate and Induction Course Certificate (Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB) as well as an Appointment Letter as a Verified Trainer from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and CIAST.
Working experience in a related field is an added advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess a strong teaching profile in the discipline and leadership experience is an added advantage.

Requirements:

Possess at least SPM / SPMV / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or equivalent.
Good driving record, punctual, patient and with a positive attitude.
Well disciplined, properly groomed, with a courteous & pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance & services.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Must possess a valid driving license: E, PSV and able to operate various vehicles (MPV, SUV and etc).
Able to work overtime on weekends and public holidays when needed.
Must be willing to travel outstation if required.
