On 14 September 2023, Sarawak Skills, Tabuan Jaya, Kuching extended a warm welcome to officials from the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii).

Led by Mr. Nizmar Mohd Nazar, Deputy CEO of MARii, the visit to the Sarawak Skills Group Headquarters at Tabuan Jaya in Kuching enabled the visitors to gain first-hand knowledge/information about the Sarawak Skills Group of Learning Institutions (Sarawak Skills), including its wide range of academic and skills programmes, as well as training programmes. The visitors also shared on the role(s) of the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute, including various short courses.

This visit paves the way for both parties to explore joint initiatives, specifically talent development initiatives for the populace in Sarawak.
