Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience in the ICT field, preferably involving IT infrastructure, network administration, systems support and or technical support.
Possess strong knowledge and practical skills in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, operating systems, ICT Infrastructure and end-user support.
Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, server administration, cloud services, Microsoft 365 and ICT asset management will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Possess good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented approach when providing technical support to users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in Computer System Administration with a minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience.
Possess the Vocational Training Officer (VTO) Certificate / TVET Instruction (TVET I) Certificate and Induction Course Certificate (Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB) as well as an Appointment Letter as a Verified Trainer from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) and CIAST.
Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess a strong teaching profile, experience in student discipline and leadership will be an added advantage.
